Small Business Networking Groups, Like-Minded People Sharing a Common Goal
Although there’s an abundance of business networking groups around, some would argue that the majority are not all that successful.
Unfortunately many business people who have signed up to these groups have found that they just don’t work for them. This is actually one of the problems that give small business networking a bad name.
In my experience, it is not the actual opportunity that doesn’t work, it’s the sponsor who is at fault for not nurturing the members. Business networking groups can be worthwhile however.
It would be worthwhile studying small business marketing close up.
This type of marketing is popular worldwide and on the surface it should be super successful, after all you’re in a room full of business people and hopefully many of them use your products and or services.
If you’re good with people, can carry on an interesting conversation and only have one head, you’d do well.
A business networking group that has proactive, high calibre members & is professionally managed, has many benefits over & above just networking. A group such as this can also be valuable for marketing to smaller niches.
Of course the idea of network marketing is to make the sale. However, within this arena, there’s a niche group called multi level marketing or MLM which basically means that you get a cut of the commission from the sales of the people that you introduce to the organization.
It’s far more desirable to secure a recurring income stream and build on your wealth… while you sleep.
Check to see if the small business networking group that interests you, stacks up against the following -
Quality Products: there is nothing hotter than good quality information products.
Payment on The Knocker: Kiss those cash flow problems bye bye.
Ongoing Income: Absolute utopia, money flows in on a stream that never dries up.
Low cost entry in to the business: many businesses require huge fees to join. Look for a program that will fit in to your budget, but will allow you to earn payments quickly.
Check for ‘The Runs on The Board’: Nothing succeeds like success
It’s only logical that the better business networking groups will attract higher calibre sponsors and in turn, higher calibre membership. All this means a better knowledge & support base.
At the end of the day, your success will be directly related to how motivated & focussed you are to succeed. The best mentor in the world will be of no use whatsoever if the one being mentored does not put in the effort.
